The AMFE is a miniature fire extinguishing system based on Novec1230 for use in sealed enclosures and cabinets. 24/7 protection directly at the source of danger – without a power supply, but with maximum reliability.
The Automatic Miniature Fire Extinguishing unit is a fire protection solution for sealed enclosures that independently detects and suppresses fires. No external power supply is required and there is no residue from the extinguishing agent.
The extinguishing ampoules are installed directly in devices or enclosures and thus extinguish fires directly at the source. This means that ongoing operations can continue quickly and repair costs are reduced to a minimum.
The appropriate trigger unit is used depending on the expected temperature inside the housing. To avoid false activations, a corresponding safety margin is taken into account.
